Project
Located on Upper Ground within London's South Bank Conservation Area, Vista Office Tower is a 90,000 m² mixed-use commercial development comprising two office towers above a six-storey podium. Designed to achieve BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, and Net Zero in Operation, the scheme integrates generous public spaces, rooftop gardens, and a contemporary architectural expression that responds to its riverside setting.
My Role
In 2024, I contributed to the project's Stage 4 technical design and pre-construction delivery. My responsibilities included multidisciplinary consultant coordination, development of technical drawing packages, and detailed coordination of basement and ground floor areas, with a focus on waterproofing, structural openings, risers, doors, plant spaces, insulation, thermal studies, stairs, and MEP interfaces.
