Located in the heart of the City of London, adjacent to the historic Lloyd's Building, 40 Leadenhall is a 34-storey commercial office development comprising approximately 124,000 m² of mixed-use space. Its stepped massing and vertically articulated façade respond to the surrounding urban context while contributing a contemporary addition to the City's skyline.
My Role
From 2019 to 2024, I was part of the delivery team, contributing from detailed design through construction to practical completion. My responsibilities included multidisciplinary consultant coordination, delivery of technical work packages, and site coordination, with a focus on façade interfaces, structural steel coordination, drylining, blockwork, glazed screens, and the integration of electrical and security systems.
